Guiding Sense Walks

Guiding Sense Walks is a step by step program promoting mindfulness walks and well being exercises curated from contemporary psychological modalities and Eastern philosophy of mindfulness. We walk to slow down and quiet the noisy preoccupied mind. Stepping outdoors, sensing and walking in nature is an opportunity to slow down to take each step at a time. Guiding Sense Walks is an invitation to notice within and notice what’s around towards an integrated and expansive sense. Guiding Sense walks encourage developing helpful perspectives from the cultivation of inner knowing and inner guiding.

Uncertainties can be daunting. It can also be an invitation to pivot. Guiding Sense Walks guide you through steps to reflect alongside nature. The aim is to lead you to eventually develop skills through practicing simple steps in awakening awareness, self-reflection, unlearning, learning for better emotional and psychological flexibility.  Slowing down mindfully is encouraged especially in our over-scheduled, hectic and rushed lifestyles. Guiding Sense walks promote a mindful lifestyle towards sustainable mental health, wellness and well-being. Coming in 2023.
