How do we guide you?
Guiding You thru evidence based practice strategies and modalities such as CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy), ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy), Positive Psychology, Solution Focused, Strength Based Approaches, Mindfulness, Meditation strategies, Creative Visualisation and Applied Behavioural Analysis are used where appropriate.

Fees
All fees are to be paid after the session. Please contact us to learn more.
If you have a Mental Health Care Plan and referral from your GP; you may be eligible for a partial subsidy from Medicare which you can claim online through the Medicare Website.
We can only service NDIS participants who are self-managed at this time. If you are an NDIS participant, a full fee for service is to be paid after the session. Subsidy from NDIS can be claimed online by you through payment request within the NDIS participant portal.
You may also check your Private Health Care provider for eligible cover on Psychologist Services.
Subsidies from Medicare, NDIS or Private Health are stand alone and cannot be used concurrently. Please contact us.
